Welcome to 1 & 2 Lowcountry Lakehouse, your homes away from home on Lake Palmetto! Both properties are just a few doors down from each other on the same street. Your large group will be close at hand but have plenty of room to spread out. Whether you are coming for work or play, your family will be close to everything here! Located in the heart of the Charleston metro area, a quick hop on I-26 will take you to downtown/Mt. Pleasant/area beaches within 10-20 minutes. Park Circle recreation and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive, and N. Charleston attractions such as the Performing Arts Center and Tanger Outlets (in addition to numerous other restaurants and shops) are within a 5-15 minute walk! We allow a maximum of 2 well-behaved pets per house. We ask that you protect furniture with provided covers or not allow pets on furniture. Please ensure your pet waste is disposed of properly. Smoking is permitted outside only. All cigarette butts must be disposed of safely and properly. Illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will be promptly reported. Guests agree to use internet for legal purposes only. No additional guests permitted after booking is made. Each unit has 2 designated parking spots. Any additional vehicles in your group will need to park in unmarked spots down by the community dock. Guests assume all risks of using dock, porches, or lake. Do not walk through or cross over on to neighbors' lakeside porches or docks. Do not move furnishings from one house to the other.

We stayed at this location for a work conference, and it worked out perfectly. Close to all shops, restaurants, and the convention center. The house was the perfect amount of space, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The back porch had a beautiful view of the lake and we enjoyed the holiday décor inside the home. Shannon was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend if staying in the North Charleston area.

Shannon was an amazing host! She was so responsive and helpful. She went over the top and was extremely accommodating providing a wonderful experience for me and my friends. Would highly recommend this stay!
