hi! reqlly nice place for group, guests enjoyed stay. Nice location and house is amazing, clean and comfortable. Shannon was really helpful and flexible with check in time. Definitelly would come back again :)

We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was well stocked. The home was kid and pet friendly. We really loved that there were kids utensils,plates and cups along with a mini crib and toys,books and bath toys.

Shannon’s place was great and we really appreciate she was able to accommodate our family on such short notice. The amenities for children were especially helpful. The entire place was spotless and very cozy. We would readily come back next time we’re in the area.

We are a third time guest of Shannon and had stayed on both sides of the duplex. It is very private and comfortable especially for families with young children. Our son loved his room and backyard playground and felt right at home. Our host was very respectful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

We booked Shannon's place for my sister's bachelorette and it was absolutely beautiful! It's all the girls could talk about. The view from the back patio alone was incredible! Everything was clean and ready to use. Would definitely book again!

Shannon's place was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Shannon has put thought into providing all of the comforts of home. The Christmas tree was a beautiful addition. Would definitely recommend and will rent her place again when we return to Charleston.

This was the perfect place to use as our home base as we came to town for my dad’s funeral. Enough space for our family of six but still cozy. It had a nice backyard for our kids to spread out in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was perfect for our holiday getaway with family—comfortable, welcoming, and ideally located near the lake. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. She even graciously accommodated us for an early arrival due to an early flight, which was completely unexpected and truly appreciated, especially during the holidays. And the house was decorated for the holidays which was a pleasant surprise! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home!

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. It was the perfect spot for me and my team for work beds were comfortable and would highly recommend this location.
