Welcome to 2 Lowcountry Lakehouse, your home away from home on Lake Palmetto! Located in the heart of the Charleston metro area, a quick hop on I-26 will take you to downtown/Mt. Pleasant/area beaches within 10-20 minutes. Park Circle recreation and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive, and N. Charleston attractions such as the Performing Arts Center and Tanger Outlets (in addition to numerous other restaurants and shops) are within a 5-15 minute walk! Our home is spacious and airy. You'll enjoy connection with your group as you move throughout the open concept and full-sized, well-equipped kitchen, dining, living, and deck areas. There is a convenient powder room on the first floor, adjacent to these common areas. Our home sits on the lake, so you can swim or cast a line directly from our dock--and, we offer 2 kayaks for your use! We strive to provide a cozy space that will facilitate connection with your group and meet the needs of even our youngest guests! On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms--all with great views--and a laundry area. On the third floor, you will find one large bedroom, one bathroom, and a lovely second seating area with a separate door--offering an additional space for work, play, or sleep! Features: - Bedroom #1: King Bed with en suite bathroom - Bedroom #2: Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds with en suite bathroom - Bedroom #3: Two Queen Beds with en suite bathroom -Bedroom #4: Sofa/ another option for a travel crib - Living Room: Sofas, Modern Accent Chairs + TV - Washer and Dryer - Grand outdoor porch with seating overlooking the lake, plus a dock and two kayaks. -Full Kitchen -Dining area -Parking: 2 spots for vehicles in front of each house with extra parking close by.
