Welcome to 1 Lowcountry Lakehouse, your home away from home on Lake Palmetto! City of North Charleston STR Permit #: 2026-0020 Whether you are coming for work or play, your family will be close to everything here! Located in the heart of the Charleston metro area, a quick hop on I-26 will take you to downtown/Mt. Pleasant/area beaches within 10-20 minutes. Park Circle recreation and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive, and N. Charleston attractions such as the Performing Arts Center and Tanger Outlets (in addition to numerous other restaurants and shops) are within a 5-15 minute walk! Our home is spacious and airy. You'll enjoy connection with your group as you move throughout the open concept and well-equipped kitchen, dining, living, and deck areas. There is a convenient powder room on the first floor, adjacent to these common areas. Our home sits on the lake, so you can swim or cast a line directly from the deck! We strive to provide a cozy space that will facilitate connection amongst your group and meet the needs of even our youngest guests! On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms--all with great views--and a laundry area. On the third floor, you will find one large bedroom, one bathroom, and a lovely second living area that offers separation for more work, play, or sleep options! Features: - Bedroom #1: King Bed with en suite bathroom - Bedroom #2: Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds with en suite bathroom - Bedroom #3: Two Queen Beds and sofa with en suite bathroom -Bedroom #4: Twin Day Bed with floor trundle mattress - Living Room: Sofas, Modern Accent Chairs + TV - Washer and Dryer - Grand outdoor porch with seating overlooking the lake -Full Kitchen -Dining area (6 seats) and small breakfast bar (2 seats) -Parking: 2 dedicated spots for vehicles in front of house with extra parking close by. Note: City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Our property does have several steps from the parking lot to the front entry, several steps down from the living area to the back deck, and all bedrooms are up at least one flight of stairs from the first floor. Other Details to Note

Note: City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Our property has several steps from the parking lot to the front entry, and several steps down from the living area to the back deck. All bedrooms are up at least one flight of stairs from the first floor. Parking in our neighborhood is very strict--we provide two designated spaces directly in front of the house and guests may never park in neighbors spaces for any length of time. Violating parking rules will likely result in getting towed!

We allow a maximum of 2 well-behaved pets. We ask that you protect furniture with provided covers or not allow pets on furniture. Please ensure your pet waste is disposed of properly. Smoking is permitted outside only. All cigarette butts must be disposed of safely and properly. Illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will be promptly reported. Guests agree to use internet for legal purposes only. No additional guests permitted after booking is made. Unit has 2 designated parking spots. Any additional vehicles in your group will need to park in unmarked spots down by the community dock. Guests assume all risks of using dock, porches, or lake. Do not walk through or cross over on to neighbors' lakeside porches or docks.

Shannon’s home was a perfect place for our weekend girl’s trip. The location is a quick ride to downtown Charleston and the beautiful view and decor provided the peaceful getaway we were looking for. The house was very clean and included everything we needed, including some fun games. Shannon was very responsive and approachable as well! I would highly recommend this stay.

We stayed as an extended family with two young kids up through grandparents plus dogs. It was plenty of room for our group of 8. We really enjoyed the deck for lounging in the sun. It was fairly quiet and peaceful by the water even being so close to the airport. The downstairs living room is comfortable. It was a wonderful location as we were in town for a youth sports tournament nearby!

We had a great time! It was the perfect size for our big family and had all the right amenities for us. You can tell our hosts really care about making you feel right at home and also keeping / exceeding expectations. Everything was very clean and comfortable from the bathrooms to the bedrooms. Shannon was always quick to reply and super helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
